Q: Where do you ship?

A: We only ship within Canada. We do not currently ship to any other countries. All orders are shipped to Canadian addresses only.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days to reach Canadian destinations. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase amount required.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All accepted payment methods are clearly displayed in the footer of every page on our website.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request and complete a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sprayground.sbs with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1-2 business days. Use that label to ship your return for free. Returns must be shipped to our US-based return address at 648 North Main Street, Olvera St W24, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. After you request a return, we will email you a prepaid label that covers the full cost of shipping from any Canada Post location back to our US return center. You will not pay anything for return shipping, and no restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (within 1-2 business days), your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. After your refund is processed, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method: credit cards typically take 7-10 business days, and PayPal typically takes 2-5 business days.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. You may track your shipment using the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to become available.

Q: Are there any customs duties or taxes on my order?

A: Since we only ship within Canada, no customs duties or international taxes apply to your order. Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping province or territory.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

A: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@sprayground.sbs, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

A: Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at info@sprayground.sbs. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

Q: What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?

A: If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us immediately at info@sprayground.sbs with photos of the issue and your order number clearly visible. We will assist you with the return process. Quality issue returns remain eligible under our 30-day return window.

Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A: You may place an order as a guest or create an account. Creating an account allows you to save your shipping information for faster checkout in the future and view your order history.
