Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request and complete a return. This policy complies with Google Merchant Center‘s requirement that merchants allow customers to make returns for a minimum of 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
  • Items marked as “final sale” (if any) are not eligible for return.

Quality Issue Returns

If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, it remains eligible for return under the same 30-day window. Please contact us first at info@sprayground.sbs with photos of the issue and your order number clearly visible, so we can assist you properly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@sprayground.sbs with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days via email.

3. Print the label, attach it to your package (original packaging with all tags).

4. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location. No payment is required.

5. Once we receive the package at our US return center, we will inspect it (1-2 business days) and process your refund.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, so you do not need to arrange or pay for shipping yourself. Simply print the label we email you, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

Return Shipping Costs — FREE Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible items. After you request a return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.

The prepaid label will cover the cost of shipping your return from any Canada Post location to our US return center in Los Angeles, California. You will not be charged for the label or any return shipping fees. No restocking fees apply.

To use the prepaid label:

1. Print the label and attach it to your original package.

2. Drop off the package at any Canada Post location (or as instructed on the label).

3. Keep the tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Once we receive the returned item at our US return center (648 North Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012), we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Important: If you return an item without using our prepaid label (e.g., using your own shipping method), we will not reimburse the shipping cost unless we have specifically authorized it in writing. Please always use the label we provide to ensure your return remains free.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee on returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the item within 1-2 business days to verify it meets the return eligibility conditions. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Refund Timeline

After your refund is processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard): 7-10 business days
  • PayPal: 2-5 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by the payment processors and are beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Sale items or promotional items (unless specifically stated otherwise)

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
