Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We do not ship to any other countries, territories, or international addresses outside of Canada at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days to reach Canadian destinations. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen weather events.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to any valid Canadian address. No minimum purchase amount is required. There are no additional handling fees, surcharges, or hidden shipping costs.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of reliable logistics partners. The specific carrier assigned to your order will be selected based on your shipping address, package size, and current delivery capacity. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. You may track your shipment using the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we only ship within Canada, no customs duties or international taxes apply to orders. Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination province or territory.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, carrier strikes, holidays, or other logistical disruptions. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email as soon as we become aware of the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@sprayground.sbs, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
